Tenvaro provides AI-powered property management automation for UK letting agencies and property managers. The platform automates tenant communications, compliance monitoring, maintenance triage, arrears management, and landlord reporting.
You agree to use Tenvaro only for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable UK legislation, including the Housing Act, Landlord and Tenant Act, and relevant data protection laws. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the platform complies with your regulatory obligations as a letting agent.
Tenvaro's agents draft communications and documents for human review before sending. You remain responsible for reviewing and approving all AI-generated content before it is sent to tenants, landlords, or third parties.
Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance. Setup fees are non-refundable once onboarding has commenced. You may cancel your subscription at any time with 30 days' written notice.
Tenvaro is provided "as is". We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid in the preceding 12 months.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
